PRACTICAL TRAINING:
In the vocational restaurant, the instructor’s main activity is to transmit to students the basic skills for employment in hospitality industry.
OPERATION:
As a professional in his field the instructor is responsible for the well-being of its department while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction at the vocational restaurant, controlling costs and maximizing revenues. The instructor is responsible for the overall cleanliness and maintenance of a multi-million baht training facility.
